Team Captains

A Team Captain on MORT is a representative of the team who is a reflection of his/her team and other student leaders. They are required to maintain strong relations and communication with their Project Managers and other team leaders. It is their job to take initiative and encourage others to join them in order to benefit the team in anyway possible. If they feel something is not running as well as it should or there is a lack of efficiency on the team, he/she must bring together the leaders of the team and collaborate with the project managers in order to find a solution to the issue.

They must rely on themselves and other team leaders to ensure that things are done. They must maintain a positive attitude in hopes it will encourage others to keep the same attitude. Negativity is a disease that every Team Captain must overcome.
