Project ManagersA Project Manager (PM) on MORT is a representative of the team who is a reflection of his/her team and other student leaders. They are required to maintain strong relations and communication with his/her Team Captains and other team leaders among the team. The overarching goal of the PM is to organize the team in a manner that will be the most effective in terms of time management, allocation of resources, and inter-sub-team relations. A PM must keep spirits high among the group of student leaders who will, in turn, reflect that upon the students that they are directly responsible for.The 2011-2012 Team Captains, Team Project Manager, and Team Sub-Team Captains have come together and completely reformatted the functionality of MORT in hopes that they will impact not only the 2011-2012 season, but the future of the team by:
